Effective April 6th, the Brokers Network staff will be working remotely. Our team has all the necessary access to email, voicemail and vendor portals to continue to provide the highest
possible level of service in this environment. While our doors are closed, we will continue to accept and process all paper applications, delivery requirements and, most importantly,
premium checks. We encourage you to move to one of our online platforms during this time, but if you must personally deliver anything, please contact Leon Huffman at 407-902-9178 to
make arrangements.

Non-Medical Underwriting up to $10,000,000
Effective April 1, 2020, John Hancock introduced new temporary guidelines for non-medical underwriting. The new guidelines will allow both drop ticket and traditional applications for
up to $10,000,000 to be considered on a non-medical basis. Traditional applications include both paper and digital versions of John Hancock's complete application, including Part II
and can be submitted through our online application page via iGO. Drop tickets
can be submitted via Applicint from the same page. Restrictions apply so please read their announcement for more information.

Product and Underwriting Changes
Many life insurance companies have announced changes to their products and underwriting in response to COVID-19 and the current interest rate environment. Changes include new term rates
from Banner Life, Mutual of Omaha and Principal, suspension of 30-year term by Prudential and various temporary premium and underwriting changes from many others. We are currently

Coming Changes to Annuity Care II
Effective April 25, 2020, OneAmerica be making changes to the Continuation of Benefits (COB) options on the Annuity Care II fixed annuity with long-term care benefits. These changes
include adjusting the pricing of the Annuity Care II COB as well as the inflation protection on this benefit and suspending the sale of 6-year and 9-year extension options.

Expanded Non-Medical IDI Underwriting
Effective immediately, the individual disability insurance (IDI) underwriting department at Principal is changing underwriting guidelines for exams and labs. These changes will be
