Simplified Issue products mean simplified underwriting. Once you take the application online via iGO or United Home Life's website, the rest is as easy as a personal history interview completed over the phone. Your client will speak with an experienced underwriter who will ask some health questions and verify information provided on the application. The interview typically takes only about 15 minutes.

United Home Life Simplified Issue and Guaranteed Issue Whole Life offers guaranteed premiums, guaranteed cash value and guaranteed death benefits. The overall health of your client will determine which whole life plan they will qualify for and whether the death benefit will be level or graded in the first three years. Generally speaking, the product guidelines are:

  • Issue Ages 20-80
  • Up to $100,000 in coverage (amount varies by your client's health history)
  • No exam or medical records required
  • Guaranteed to Issue for ages 45-75 for up to $25,000

To maintain a social distance, you can submit your application's online via our website using iGO. If you have never used iGO before or would like a refresher on how to use the system, please let us know.
